Delete your Live Alerts account

Delete in the app

1. Open Live Alerts and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Profile.
3. Select Account & privacy.
4. Select Delete my account.
5. Review the warning and confirm permanent deletion.

If you cannot access the app

Email livealerts@streamingartistagency.com from the verified email address on the account. If the account uses a phone number, tell us the number in international format and we will provide a secure verification step. Do not email passwords or one-time codes.

What deletion removes

• Your authentication account and active sessions.
• Synced follows and notification preferences tied to the account.
• Connected device push identifiers associated with active installations.
• Creator profile, reusable messages, and connected automation credentials if the account is a creator.

What may be retained

Limited consent, opt-out, suppression, delivery, fraud-prevention, security, or transaction records may be retained when necessary to honor STOP or unsubscribe requests, establish that a communication was authorized, protect the service, resolve disputes, or comply with law. Residual encrypted backup copies may remain until the ordinary backup cycle expires. Retained records are not used to continue optional creator alerts.

Guest installations

If you used Live Alerts without creating an account, open Profile and remove this installation’s data, or unfollow creators and disable push. Removing an installation disconnects its push subscription and local follow data from future delivery.
