Live Alerts support

Start with the common fixes below. If you still need help, send us the account email or phone number you verified—but never your password or one-time code.

Push notifications

Live Alerts explains why push is useful before your phone asks. If you previously declined, enable Live Alerts in iOS or Android notification settings, then confirm Push is on for the creator inside the app.

Email or SMS alerts

Email and SMS are optional. Add and verify the address or phone number in Alert settings, then enable the channel only for the creators you choose. Reply STOP to a supported SMS message to opt out.

Password or sign-in

Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. Email accounts receive a reset link. Phone accounts receive a verification code. Never share a password or one-time code with support.

Creator live detection

Twitch and authenticated YouTube connections use supported provider APIs. Other platforms can use a signed OBS, Streamlabs, or creator webhook when a supported go-live event is unavailable.

Alert did not arrive

Check the creator is still followed, the intended channel is enabled, and the phone or inbox is online. Push may also be affected by Focus, battery optimization, or operating-system notification settings.

Remove a creator

Open Following, choose the creator, and unfollow or disable individual channels. This stops future optional creator alerts for that selection.

Account deletion

Delete from the app or request help

The in-app flow is at Profile → Account & privacy → Delete my account. Review exactly what is removed and what limited records may be retained.
