Terms of Service
These terms set the rules for using Live Alerts as a fan, creator, or visitor. Please read them before creating an account or enabling alerts.
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms are an agreement between you and Streaming Artist Agency, LLC. By accessing or using Live Alerts, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. If you use Live Alerts for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
2. What Live Alerts provides
Live Alerts helps fans discover creators, follow them, and receive requested notifications. It gives creators tools to publish profiles, write alerts, save message templates, and connect supported live-detection services or signed webhooks. Features may depend on device permissions, network access, connected platforms, and third-party providers.
3. Accounts and verification
- You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure.
- Email or phone verification may be required for account, recovery, creator, email, or SMS features.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
- You may not impersonate another person or creator, create deceptive profiles, or obtain access through automated or abusive means.
4. Notifications and communications
You control which creators and channels you enable. Push requires operating-system permission. Email and SMS require separate verification and consent. Carrier messaging and data rates may apply. Delivery timing is not guaranteed. You can change channels in the app, disable push in system settings, unsubscribe from email, or reply STOP to supported SMS messages.
Service messages needed for security, verification, password recovery, account changes, and legal notices are different from optional creator alerts.
5. Creator content and responsibilities
Creators retain ownership of content they submit. You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, format, and deliver that content only as needed to operate and promote the Live Alerts service and your public profile. You are responsible for having the rights to submitted names, links, images, and messages and for the truthfulness and legality of each alert.
Creators may not send or publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative, infringing, malicious, or intended to facilitate spam, fraud, or unsafe activity.
6. Automation and connected platforms
Live detection may use official provider APIs, creator-authorized connections, or signed creator-controlled webhooks. Availability and timing depend on those providers. You may not use scraping, bypass access controls, forge live events, reuse webhook secrets improperly, or connect an account you do not control. We may pause automation that appears unsafe, duplicated, or abusive.
7. AI writing assistance
The AI assistant suggests short alert drafts. Suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. The creator must review and approve every message before it is saved or sent and remains responsible for the final content. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information to the writing assistant.
8. Free launch and future changes
Live Alerts is free for fans and creators at launch and has no in-app purchases. We may introduce paid features later, but we will describe the price and obtain any required agreement before charging you. Existing account balances in related services are not consumed by the free-launch mode unless a future feature clearly says otherwise and you agree.
9. Acceptable use
- Do not interfere with, probe, overload, reverse engineer, or compromise the service.
- Do not harvest user data or send unsolicited, automated, or unlawful communications.
- Do not evade consent, suppression, cooldown, verification, rate-limit, or security controls.
- Do not use Live Alerts to violate another platform’s terms or applicable law.
10. Suspension and account deletion
You may stop using Live Alerts or delete your account at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or providers, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. Where appropriate, we may give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
11. Third-party services
Links, streams, app stores, networks, identity services, and creator platforms are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content, outages, account decisions, or changes. A creator’s presence in Live Alerts is not an endorsement by that creator’s streaming platform.
12. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Live Alerts is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted service, a particular delivery time, creator availability, live-status accuracy, or that every link or connected platform will remain available. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Streaming Artist Agency, LLC and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from Live Alerts. Our total liability for a claim related to the free service will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid us for Live Alerts during the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service or law changes. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice for material changes. Questions may be sent to livealerts@streamingartistagency.com.
